I have been feeling guilty and regret for planning to draw some private NSFW art for my friends, as I think of mostly do SFW stuff, mainly T or M rated content, while drawing some E rating stuff in some cases

Not sure how you would feel guilty or regret both at the same time from planning something for your friends when you want to do SFW. Is the guilt drawing the NSFW? Or the regret of planning to do so?
Either way, it's entirely up to you if you're willing to follow it through, as long as your friends are totally comfortable by it.
